I am a 55 year old vocalist from Falkirk having played in Rock,Blues,Rhythm and Blues and Club Bands since I was 17. I have recently returned from a 10 year stay in Australia where I played in a Classic Rock band playing mostly hard rock covers and a dozen original songs which I was fortunate enough to write lyrics for.I also played accoustic guitar parts in the songs.

Influences
Teenage years influences through the 70 s were obviously Bowie,Roxy Music and Glam but I gradually fell foul of Zepplin,Sabbath,Deep Purple and AC/DC.Currently however,I find myself influenced by a wealth of musical genres including Country Rock and Folk.Vocal wise,I am not a screamer.I would put myself in the Paul Rogers,Ronnie Van Zant category,powerfull but controlled.

I own a Peavey P.A system.I have a Takemine electro accoustic with Ibanez Troubador 70 Watt Accoustic Amp.I also own a Gibson S.G. Laney 120 Watt Combo and a Vox AC30.
