THE ENID – SOUND ENGINEER WANTED
The Enid are a band with a 40 year heritage with an established cult following and reputation. Current members span an age range of 24-66 years of age. The age of applicants is preferred but not limited to 20-35 years old.

This is a career building opportunity for the right person. We are looking for a permanent full time member to join The Enid and play a major role in all the band’s affairs. Applicants should have their main skills in Drums and Orchestral Percussion. Some level of keyboard and/or guitar expertise is a distinct advantage. A background in classical music or jazz is essential.

This is strictly a ‘live in’ position. A successful applicant would be required to reside with the band at their head quarters in Northampton and should be unencumbered with any other responsibilities or ties. Furthermore it is an essential requirement to be able to get on with a very variable household and be willing to learn.

Applicants should understand that this role will also include an involvement in the running of a the band’s record label, recording studios, touring arrangements and fan club, sharing in the fortunes of the band equally.
