My main instrument is a fretless 5-string bass, although I use a fretted bass if I'm doing vocals. My last band was a blues band (some obscure stuff, but also Tom Petty, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy, early Fleetwood Mac, etc), which I had to leave on account of moving from Aberdeen to Hexham. Before that I played in a ceilidh/celtic rock band, and I've played in covers bands.

Influences:

I was a youth in the 60s/70s, and that's what I hark back to.
