About

I'm a vocalist / guitarist / songwriter who used to be in a band (haven't gigged since 99...missing it!).

Interested in meeting someone into similar music (Neil Young to New Order to Nick Drake and back again - and that's just the 'N's!) to form an acoustic 'indie' style duo, or possibly a band. I would be extremely committed if I felt the project had real potential, but otherwise quite happy to just enjoy the odd jam/gig.

Up for confidence building 'open mike' style gigs to start with, home recording etc. then who knows?

Willing to do interesting covers (i.e. not 'wonderwall':-) & originals.

Ideally someone with a bit of songwriting ability but anything thereabouts considered. I guess I'm really looking for a creative catalyst..

Varied. I like fingerpicked guitar and melodic strumming - Neil Young, Nick Drake, Johnny Marr, Bert Jansch etc. though I'm nowhere near their standards!
