Experienced Versatile Drummer Wanted for rock/covers band
Established four piece gigging East Devon band (female lead vocals, drums, bass and guitar) needs a replacement for our drummer who is sadly leaving. We are now looking for a talented and committed replacement.
The band leans towards rock with elements of funk and blues.
We have regular gigs throughout this year, into next (including NYE 2019) and are always asked back.
Our outgoing drummer is happy to continue until a replacement is on board.
We welcome someone who can contribute ideas on material and venues etc.
We have our own rehearsal facilities.
Must haves are:
Own (good) gear and transport.
Good sense of humour
Great feel, punch and groove
Highly committed
Preferences:
Ideally add vocals/harmonies but not essential.
Enjoy playing within a mature band environment (we are all over 50).
Experienced performer with showmanship.
