Rather rusty 35-year old bass player, singer, programmer, looking to form/join covers band in the Crowborough/Tunbridge Wells area. Want to do something a bit different, make people dance and laugh. Saw 'Mamma Mia' the other day in town and it made me want to be in a band again.

Something a bit dancy, a bit camp, a bit funky, a bit rocky even....all probably slightly grotesque at my age. Would be nice to turn various Walter Mitty fantasies into a real band. Lost all delusions of doing this for a living many years ago...so this is just for fun. We still have to be the greatest party band in the world though.

Used to be able to play OK, rusty now but surely it will all come flooding back. My wife has bought me some singing lessons for Christmas so surely the only way is up on that front too!
