I would describe my self as being a mix of Queens of the Stone Age and Muse, by that I mean that I get bored playing a song entirely of power chords and to be honest no imagination. Don't get me wrong rock is based around power chords and power chords are needed to form a basis for a song but I like to include interesting solo's and innovative interludes. I'm not too keen on bands such as Green day,The Kooks, Fall Out Boy etc where every song involves the same chords but just in a different order. I like bands who use their imagination a little to make their sound only their own and not others.
I am currently in a band who desperately needs a bassist so if this sounds of interest to you then get in touch
