Used to play a lot, then cut my hair and got a day job!
Have good studio experience and have done a good deal of recording. Down to Earth and level headed.

Started playing again recently with the help of Pro Tools at home which allowed me to get into more expansive soundscapey vibes. Would probably say my vocal is the primary strength, the one I feel most comfortable with, but feel good with a guitar in my hands too.

Would truly enjoy collaborating and meeting people to jam with and work on songwriting. Also keen on bands who require a vocalist for a soul/jazz/blues/experimental trip.

Influences:

Absolutely every sound imaginable: Was very into reggae when younger. Found funk, soul and jazz and blues, then got into Soundscapes and space-rock/psychedelic feels.

Always have time for hard rock and blues and acoustic/folk.

Don Carlos, Eekamouse, Marley,(all Reggae really!) Pat Metheny, Tom Waits, CSNY, Pink Floyd, Stevie Wonder, Any blues (dig Champion Jack Dupree / Sonny Boy Williamson, Claptons "From the cradle" is superb!), Robbie Robertson, Jeff Buckley, Chic Corea, Roger Waters, Simple Minds, Keith Jarrett, Neil Young, Cinematic Orchestra, Phillip Glass, Miles, Steely Dan and on and on and on! Vocals like Sarah Vaughn, Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald, Maria Moulder, Eva Cassidy, Britney (just kidding!)

Love the classic rock vibe (Doors, Hendrix, Zeppelin, Rainbow ...)

Recently been tripping into some new poppy alternative/indie sounds like Black kids, Modest Mouse, Athlete.
