ABOUT
I am a guitarist and songwriter from the southside of Glasgow. I am mainly a rhythm guitarist but I am able to play lead guitar or bass if necessary. I have been in a couple of bands over the years and played many gigs and open mic nights around the Glasgow area. The first band I was in was an indie rock band called ArtStrike where I played guitar, sang and wrote the songs. I then played bass in a pop punk band called Silent In Action. I am desperate to play music with other musicians, just finding others who have a common music taste as well as being committed to being in a band and practising is proving difficult.

Influences
My favourite genres include indie rock, britpop, psychadelic rock. My main influences are rock bands such as The Beatles, Oasis, Kasabian, Blur, Supergrass, Radiohead, The White Stripes, The Strokes and Muse. I also am a big fan of electronic artists such as Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk and The Prodigy and would love to introduce some electronic sounds in the music I create though I am not very skilled in this area
