Born to lead and born to serve. Femi’s passion for music started in the Church at the early age of 7. His first instrument was the drums, he then went on to start singing, followed by the bass guitar, and then the piano, he is now heavily involved in music production. Music inspiration from choir leaders at his Church and various Gospel artists inspired him to go down the route of Gospel music. Learning the skills of a music director at the young age of 18, he went on to be the youngest music director in his local Church. He gained 4A* music BTEC in secondary school and is currently studying commercial music at the University of Westminster where he also heads the University Gospel choir. He joined the UGCY team in 2014 and is now the Music Director for the UGCY house choir Uplifted Voices.
