I’ve only played bass guitar live, but I’m more confident at rhythm guitar as I enjoy play chords over single notes but I practice both lead and rhythm in my spare time. Also, because of my slaves Influence i also enjoy single note rhythm riffs with and octave pedal.
As for Bass I mostly only played bass live is because everyone that I’ve giged with played guitar so as I played both bass and guitar I was pushed to bass. My go to tone for bass guitar is a predominant low and high EQ with slightly scooped mids for a slightly aggressive punch to it. With a fuzz, distortion or clean effect depending on the sound of the song
