enemy amongst friends started in september 2007 as an accoustic project by David Archer and Paul Rimmer who had met earlier that year in the band the corruption. The project started after musical differences between the main band myself and paul decided to stop compromising and play the music we both loved.

we played our first gig together opening an indie night at the bate hall in macclesfield on the 7th of september 2007, that was then followed by a second gig at the bate hall suporting top score. we then concentrated on the main band as we were playing a headline gig at the cavern in october.

We played a mixture of cover songs as well as songs that we had wrote, with me mainly doing the vocals and Paul playing the acoustic guitar.

In december we decided to part company with the corruption and turn enemy amongst friends into our main focus after recruiting Matt Critchlow on the bass guitar we began our search for a drummer.

After a few practices i soon descoverd that living in stoke it would be to far to travel to macclesfield and decided to look at new options in the stoke on trent area. paul and matt continued to play and are now known as service of a villan.

After being unsucsessful in looking for an established band i have decided to reserect enemy amnogst friends. i am curently looking for a guitarist, bass player and drummer with possibilitys for a second guitarist.
