West Indian from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago. Spent over 10 years in The Trinidad andnbTobago Regimental Orchestra during which time became exposed to various aspects of Big Band Music as well as played for Calypso Groups.
Resident in the United Kingdom for over two decades --- where occasional exposures to "good music" was curtailed because of other academic commitments.
I remain a fairly competent musician and with a burning desire to re-engage with serious players of any style.

Although I tried my hand (i.e. fingers) with classical guitar, all other styles of music are within my natural range. As such, calypso, Latin American Music, Jazz, Reggey, etc.
