I've been looking for a drummer for a little while now to complete the line up of my band.
I am a guitarist/singer who has been writing music together with a bassist for over a year.
Before that I was in numerous bands. I have 10 years of guitar playing experience and 6 years of gigging/recording/actually being in a band experience.

Influences
It's a wide range of influences - but for the band I want to recruit a drummer for it would be:
Manchester Orchestra, Brand New, Mewithoutyou, Cursive, Radiohead, Now Now, Colour Revolt, Foals, Crime in Stereo, Bright Eyes, the list goes on and on...
We are interested in creating something new, so we'd be keen to start a band where a drummer could write with us and help form our sound.
We have some acoustic demos/and things we've recorded at home but nothing of amazing studio quality.
