Hi I''m a creative, inventive and group-oriented guitarist, 47 been playing for 30+ years to various degrees..looking for a group to join, or maybe a "wiriting" partner then to expand out into a group setting..ideally originals but anything considered..for fun, a bit of fulfillment and hopefully something created at the end.
i feel i can offer something a little special..i play by feel, can fit in well and play whats needed..this to me has been important in developing as a musician.. i may take a little while to get warmed up but once there i can really play.. i have transport and a decent valve setup..willing to travel 10-15 miles from Marchwood/waterside for something that grabs me.
having had experience of being in groups and playing live i feel i can appreciate group dynamics... i hope to meet players hopefully who have hearts and ears, and different influences. i'd like to be a part of creating some nice songs that can be expanded easily..
its been quite a few years since i've played in a group setting, having done much of my stuff online in that time..so i need to start gently.

Influences

I like stuff that feeds and soothes the soul but can also make the room move...old R&B with a bit of grit...influences include Hendrix, Funkadelic and Sam Cooke. King Crimson, i also like Celtic music..Mark Knopfler, Mike Mcgoldrick, film music...this may seem like an odd mix :)
