We are a newly created group playing self penned music and some covers. Band age is 50+ and we are looking for bassist, guitar and horns, any other instrumentalists will be considered, nothing ruled out, no upper/lower age limit, vocals an asset. Current lineup is guitar/vocal, Hammond keyboard, tenor & soprano sax and drums. Musical direction so far is jazzy/bluesy/reggae influenced but future direction will be decided by input of members. All members have good previous experience in live and studio work and our aim is to go on to perform live and record. Rehearsals on a regular two week basis in central York (Me!rose Yard) Sundays 10am - 1pm.
