SEEKING
Vocalist, Keyboard, Piano.ABOUT
3 experienced musicians (guitar, drums and bass) looking for male or female vocalist who can ideally, but not essentially, play the piano/ keyboard.
We’re currently jamming a good mix of songs, but with a general 80’s/ New Wave feel, focusing heavily on a strong drum and bass driven groove. For example, we’re currently working on ‘How Soon Is Now’ (The Smiths) and ‘Sledgehammer’ (Peter Gabriel) but, at opposite ends of the spectrum, we’re also jamming ‘Paint It Black’ (Rolling Stones) and ‘Karma Police’ (Radiohead). While we know the feel and sound we’re going for, our set list is still in development, and just waiting for a singer to help define it further.
We try to jam once a week (Monday evenings, 20:00 to 22:00), just off the M606 in Bradford and are looking, initially, to gig about once a month in the Yorkshire area.

Influences
Wow, well individually we're very varied, but it terms of band influences, they're much like the kind of songs we're looking to cover: Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, Radiohead, The Smiths......honestly, best for us just to get together and discuss, as we're currently looking at songs by a wide range of artists.

EQUIPMENT
Dan plays a Mapex Orion Classic drum kit with Sabian cymbals.
........as Dan is writing this account, and is only a lowly drummer, he openly admits that he doesn't know what equipment the two Andy's have, other than guitars with pedals........lots of pedals.
