28yr old guitarist/songwriter, writing my own stuff and want to hook up with anybody aged 18-50 with similar music tastes who wants to create rock music thats a bit different, I'm messing about with rock guitar format and some electro/synth sounding mixs, keyboards/organs and brass sections.

Influences:

There's not enough room to mention all the bands and artists I like but here's a few: Pink Floyd, Syd Barett, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, The Clash, The Who, Metallica, AC/DC, Guns & Roses, Velvet Revolver, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Chemical Brothers, Orbital, Beastie Boys, Ice-T, New Order, Kasabian, Oasis, Paul Weller.

Equipment List:

I play a Gibson SG & Ashland Accoustic Guitar, use a Marshall VT50 Valvestate Amp + Zoom 8080 effect pedal.

I write music on an my Applemac, I use Garage Band software and I'm learning Pro Tools, pretty much have the home recording studio on my Laptop.

Members Of Band:

I want to form a band from scratch - I play rhythm/lead guitar and can sing a bit, looking to get a guitarist, bass player & drummer.

I'd like to include a keyboard/organ player at some point & powerful female backing vocalists and trumpets player.

I have some time to devote to this so ideally want to meet musicians who can practice 2-3 times a week and are dedicated to playing.
