I am looking for a percussionist who would be willing to join the 4/5 piece current line-up of my band The Mild East. We are playing acoustic style versions of the songs on our first two albums. We gig only occasionally and rehearse a few times a month so no massive commitment required although enthusiasm for the music and a laid back attitude is essential! It's all a bit of fun really. We currently use a stomper/cajon and shakers for accompaniment but I'd really like to expand on this with a bit more interest and a dedicated percussionist. All the music is originals although I also have another acoustic band doing covers.
