The Chris Berry Band is entering an exciting new phase. We are already an established covers band playing throughout Yorkshire and North of England. Current line-up together 5 years. We play everything from 60s Beatles Stones Kinks The Who to Stereophonics Olly Murs Killers and feelgood dance numbers in between. We get parties dancing... We're all in our 50s so no disrespect but band would suit those in 40s 50s 60s best as don't want to take someone on and find the age thing an issue then have to start again. ... OUR NEW EXCITING PROJECT is our own original music, our own originals set .. and we are due to play them in summer this year at festivals plus appropriate other venues and launch gig of album that I've currently been recording in studio. .. like I said an exciting time ... we are a 4-piece for covers gigs .. but have already added sax in rehearsals for originals .. and now seeking keys and trumpet to complete line up for big sound ...

Influences
Influences of originals .. you'll hear Van Morrison, James Brown, Killers, Stones, Undertones, Razorlight and rock/blues, rock 'n' roll in there .. I've gone for songs that will complement the existing covers we play so that we can also play a mix of originals and covers in future.
