I'm a singer/songwriter from Wakefield. I have had classical singing training (grade 8) but really love singing folk music now.
I'm looking to form a small band with a view to start gigging as soon as possible. I am a singer but can also play the flute/tin whistle. My partner plays the acoustic guitar and accordion. Ideally we are looking for a great folk guitarist - who is a dedicated musician but has a good sense of humour - and wants to start gigging as much as possible. :)

Influences
I love a range of music but my favourite folk bands/singers are Bellowhead, Spiers and Boden, Faustus, Belshazzar's Feast, Lau, The Full English, Emily Portman , Megson - but I'm open to anything!
