played guitar since 6 years old. 1976. self taught, busked on swing bridge during summer 2006, play in bands from gateshead sound room music collective for a variety of projects. read some music, but learn mostly from ear.

Dream Theater, love them but cant for the life of me play thier songs lol. steve vai, third eye blind, simple plan, fall out boy... i listen to lots of different types of music and will trey anything. Within reason

building on it, i change instruments all the time. i still have the 1st guitar i bought when i was 15 years old, its a big black dusty old accoustic, still sounds mint! have a rather sexy little crafter accoustic, a mandolin, 2 lead guitars, one which was bought for my 18th by my brother, and one which was recently made for me by a friend, it looks like a les paul, but its a mish mash of some kind of mish mashyness!, it sounds pretty cool. also have one of them minature electril guitars, just for the hell of it lol. Just bought YamahaDTXploere drum kit, and roland midi keyboard to use with cubase. cant think of anything else. i dont have a bass althou i play a lot of it in bands at the moment, i just pick up the tunes and learn on accoustic guitar, works well for me! and why the heck not???
