Okay, I put my hands up - I'm not really a musician, so I might be abusing this sight slightly, although I can tell whether a keyboard is the correct way up, nine times out of ten. Primarily I'm a songwriter/vocalist, and have been writing electro/indie/pop stuff for the last 3 billion years. I'm looking for a keyboard player/programmer with a view to forming a band to play my song-based (as opposed to dance-based) electronic tunes. If you're a fan of Eighties electro, but always thought they needed a few more guitars, and have Men Without Hats "Safety Dance" playing on a constant loop in your head then you should either: i) get help, or ii) talk to me. So if you are a fan of massive pad sounds and strange wibbly noises, then drop me a line.

Influences:

Imagine a tour bus driven by Babybird, containing the pre-diaspora Human League (Marsh/Ware/Oakey), Depeche Mode, OMD and Ultravox, ploughing at speed into a Transit van carrying the 1974 line up of Genesis, Mike Oldfield and David Bowie. (He’s going to sell merchandise.) As the flames rise into the night Momus (he’s big in Japan) screeches up in his fire engine and pumps hot kerosene onto the wreckage, while in the flickering darkness Kate Bush weeps gently for the future.
There, that’s slightly more interesting than "Too many to mention", isn't it. If you're older than forty you might like to picture it as Roger Whittaker shaking Val Doonican firmly by the hand, as they compare cardigans.

Equipment List:

Yamaha Motif 8 (ES - yes, wow!)
Nord Rack 2X
Yamaha SY85
Uooloolon Interossiter 2000
