NOTE I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTACT ME FREE OF CHARGE. i am a keyboard player available to join a ready compleate band by myself alone or form a new band. i am a very experienced keyboard player with extensive experience playing in pop, rock, function and wedding bands. and have played hundreds of gigs. My current focus is for a rock/classic rock band, although I am still open to glam and function bands 60's pop rock/70's pop rock/80's pop rock/90's pop rock/,please note that i dont do blues in general 1 or 2 songs ok but definately no punk /rap/ hip hop/acid/house/electronicica/d&bass /jazz/funk etc. etc. . also covers bands only. not interested in originals bands.

I read music fairly well, having been playing since the age of eleven years old. My style is of a keyboard/strings/brass/sax/organ/ synth solo player, not a piano player parse', though can play most piano parts quite compantly,. I usually undertake several parts at once enabling the generation of a well filled, out big sound. please also note that although i am not a real pro playing ability but i can handle most playing parts pretty well and compantly. and also i only play for fun and dont except any money for my playing. so a charity band would easerly be very doable. or band that dont charge/ only charge exspenses. though of course no problem in playing with band that charges for gigs and any money due to me would go to the other band members.
I live in Stevenage, Herts. so please note that i am unable to play with non fairly local bands, long distances are just not feasable for me. will only travel to rehearse up to 40 minuets journey away, and definately no london bands due to congestion charge and ULEZ as i have diesel transit. though of course travel further for gigs. though have own transport.
i also have some demos of my playing on youtube under "carl aylward" these are solo improvisations one take off the cuff solo's played to some original MIDI file backing.

My favorite artists are Rick Wakeman, Yes, E.L.P. Camel, Roxy Music, early Genesis, Steely Dan, and general progressive rock. also classic soft/hard rock including, thin lizzy, free/bad company, deep purple, black sabboth, bon jovi, bryn adams,lynard skynard etc.On a lighter note, I also like the Beatles, Slade, Sweet, t.rex, & all 70's glam rock Blondie, Abba, also big fan of the original seekers/judith durham, absolutly love her voice and the music. [ and believe it or not though im never going to play it i also love classicle music ! ! beethoven , mozart , listk, chopin, etc but far to difficult for me to play ! ! ] not forgetting my ultamate biggist hero, Chris De Burgh.
