ABOUT

Very percussive and rhythmic. The band is a very loose affair since we lost our singer. There's another singer from Cardiff just come onto the scene but not experienced at performing to an audience so working on her confidence. No worries we can have more than one singer if that's how it works out.

Richard the drummer lives upstairs. He drinks but stays able. Chris plays lead guitar and piano, a legend in his own lunchtime and is just full on music, playing for days at a time. He's like our own local version of Keith Richard. Sheena plays accordian. Vince is a gigging musician but would like to play with us. He has loads of gear and a great place for playing. He gets bossy at his own place though so not easy to access that but is ok out of it. And then there's me playing guitar, mandolin, and banjo in a combined rhythm melody blues style. Chris and I have been playing together 12 years at parties and gatherings up in the hills and suppose we are the mainstay. No bass you notice although Gerry the Fish who has played bass with us sometimes might be interested. There is a huge amount of material put together over the years but we have not yet looked for a formal gig. There's been no one to organise us that much and we dont seem capable of doin that ourselves. Several attempts have been made to record sessions but never successful. Something always 'happened'. There is a strong sense that it would be a good vibe if we were organised enough to take it out there into the local pub gigging scene and we would be up for that
