ABOUT
We're a band based around the Birmingham area in our early 30's. We are looking for a drummer who has all of their own equipment, a fair bit of experience and their own transport.
*Please note: Own transport is ESSENTIAL*
This band is a passion for all of us and although we haven't been going for very long we bring to the table 36 years of experience writing, touring and recording. We have all played many different genres of music across this time including metal, funk, post hardcore, acoustic and math, but have never found these genres as fulfilling as we would have liked. When we got together we decided to write music that we wanted to play regardless of genre. What came out was progressive music that is both heavy, melodic and dynamically interesting and although we are not an "emo" band we try to create a story through our music that is emotive.
We have been playing together for over a year now and our drummer has parted ways due to a lower level of commitment than the rest of us. As mentioned above we currently practice in Stone which is near Stafford and Stoke but are willing to change our practice place for the right drummer. Also as explained earlier the music we write is both heavy and light and to be honest doesn't really fit the genres we were given as an option. The ideal drummer for us would be a technical drummer who writes their own parts, is disciplined and takes pride in their playing, drilling sections of songs until we are all happy with the outcome.
We do have rough recordings on this profile, although they are exactly that, rough. They are there to basically give you a vague idea of the sound we're going for. Nothing more, nothing less.
If this sounds like you, then get in touch.

A very roughly recorded track. This has only been uploaded to give potential drummers an idea of how we sound and is by no means a 'finished' product.
